of candidates (usually no more than 3 or

to the role.
The short-listed candidates
will then attend several stages of interview
with the client and may also participate
in psychometric testing.

WHAT OCTANE CHARGES
We understand the financial
pressures within the fiercely competitive

of outcome required versus the cost of achieving

We will agree a fee
for our service that reflects the difficulty
of the Search, the required level of specialist
expertise and the resources that need to
be deployed to produce the required outcome.
